All organization plans include unlimited tenant accounts. Base prices in USD; other currencies shown using admin-set display prices where available, otherwise approximate conversions. Launch pricing locked in for 12 months.
How extra units are billed
Each plan includes a set number of managed units. Vacant units still count as active; archived units don't. If your active units exceed the included amount, only the extra units are billed at the plan's per-unit price.
Example: Landlord Pro includes 25 units. With 40 active units, 15 extra units × USD 1.50 = USD 22.50. Added to the USD 29 launch plan price = USD 51.50 / month.
Tenants are free forever
Tenants can register, complete their profile, accept lease invitations, submit maintenance requests, upload documents, view rent status, and communicate with property managers at no cost.

Are tenants charged?
No. Tenant accounts are always free.
What is a billable unit?
A billable unit is a property unit managed by an organization in the platform.
Can I use a different currency?
Yes. Organizations can view and manage pricing in supported currencies. USD is the base currency, but local currency price books can be configured.
What happens after the launch offer?
Early organizations can lock in launch pricing if launch pricing is active when they subscribe.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Organizations can upgrade or change plans as their portfolio grows.
Is Enterprise pricing fixed?
No. Enterprise pricing is customized based on portfolio size, onboarding needs, integrations, and support level.
